NO! Not the Stones. Well, I don't wish for any of them to die, but especially none of the Stones. I'm not ready for it. Not ready for it?? Think back 50 years ago - watching the Beatles on Ed Sullivan. Did you think that two of them would be dead within forty years? Not not at all!!!! John Lennon was a shocker that's for sure!!! TIS

Jon English, the Australian rocker/musician died a few days ago at age 66. Another "young" musician gone. Okay, seriously, will this be one of those abnormal years with a lot of famous/noteworthy deaths or just a normal year with a bad couple of weeks with back to back famous deaths (like the year with Swazye, Fawcett, Jackson, two Kennedy's, Cronkite, and McMahon). I mean, with musicians alone this seems to be way too much in a year. I mean no aviation crash, and none of them are 27. It seems like the decade(s) of sex, drugs, and alcohol seems to be catching up with everybody or something like that.

Bam, I just heard too. Wow, I am really surprised. So sorry to hear it. They say massive heart attack. Don't remember his dad's age when he died but he was in his 80s I think. RIP TIS

RIP TIS Yeah, Sinatra was 82 and died from a major heart attack. Seems like Nancy, and the rest of his children (that is known or not) should be careful with that stuff. Just terrible to hear that.

Just wondering, who is left from that legendary era of the Yankees? Garagiola's connection to the Yankees was certainly not in their legendary era. He broadcast the Yank's games in the mid '60s when the Bronx Bombers were just about the worst team in the league. I know Whitey Ford is still alive from that period and I suspect there are many others.

Today, at 68 years of age, soccer icon Johan Cruyff died of complications from lung cancer. He died in his own home in Barcelona.. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/35892775The man is a legend in my country the Netherlands and is considered the best Dutch player ever. Even though he was diagnosed with lung cancer his death comes unexpected nonetheless, because recent reports stated that his treatment was going very well.. RIP Johan Cruyff aka Nr. 14 aka El Salvador

Comedian Gary Shandling, 66, died today. As far as I know his death was totally unexpected. I just heard too. Can't say I was a fan of his humor but I'm sorry (and surprised) to hear of his passing. They just said he was not suffering from an "undisclosed illness." Too bad. RIP TIS
