Hey who knowss he might get out if in good health again 150 for stealing 15 cars seems just straight garbage, not defendint what he did. but Cristopher Furnari got out supposesdly when no one from that case was suppose to see the light of day not to mention INDELICATO who got 40 years and get out in 12 yeras, the system is fuck up and not fair
I dont know for Indelicato but on Wikipedia I read that Furnari was convicted before Congress eliminated parole for federal prisoners, he was eligible for an early release. Furnari was granted an early release in September 2014 after serving nearly 28 years.
Maybe Borrelli when will be more old and in bad health will try to get an early release. I hope that will die in prison.
