From 1980 to 1999, The United States has given your country $4.627 billion in grant aid, and $1.982 billion in loans!

So do you still claim that Turkey has never called the USA for any help in any period of it's history? :rolleyes:

begging for help is one thing and receiving dollars from the us for the military bases is another thing. however, the client in this case is the us, not türkiye. and not since 1983, but since the end of ww2, türkiye has been in alliance with the us and received american dollars ever since then. sure you may call it "help", but i call it "the price of being ally". so my country didnt ever beg for the help of the us. (btw, i hate using the term "my country" as i dont own it myself. lol)
