Some old guy frank pug pushing 90. Between springfield worcester and Hartford back in the 80tys they had a huge crew probaly 15 or more made guys and a ton of associates. We don't know the circumstances behind the deal. He coulda been looking at putting these guys on, trying to see if they could be reliable distributors. It was a black guy and a Hispanic guy, again he might have been trying to make inroads into the hood markets. If Vito Genovese can get caught up doing business with a Puerto Rican, give the guy a little slack.

agreed with a lot said.. but really especially with drugs you have to at least be dealing with people who have been at least vouched for by a friend.. strangers just way too many things to go wrong.. trust me I don't mind mentioning it cause my hands are free of that stuff.. but someone I did biz with on the regular.. several times aweek for several years ended up setting me up with a "friend of his" that I never met.. needless to say I got heldup at gun point by 5 guys for 40k cash.. always go with your gut.. I'm from the north shore so Boston/northshore is my layer of expertise but I know a lil about Springfield and the "Bruno hit era" was fascinating like out a Hollywood script.
