For what it's worth they put some guys in PC whether they ask for it or not. I have no clue what the deal is with Gotti, but he may have had no say in the matter. Plus, the feds obviously know the stigma attached to PC and could possibly be glad they can dirty the Gotti name a little bit.

Yaeh hes high profile the warden doent want him geting hjs face cutt open for not geting off the phone for some gang banger so just put him in pc if he likes it or not.
