We are still a little high due to the pipeline bust just West of me. Still a tad over $2 a gallon.

That's NJ State tax. Same here. Texas imposes a $0.20 per gallon tax. Note that the Texas federal tax is $0.184.

Much of the Texas tax funds activities other than roads.
