If there really were a civil war in the United States, do you honestly think it would be rural whites vs. urban blacks, with no other allies or belligerents? Perhaps this is the real reason you want to crack down on Muslim immigrants. The war you're dreaming of against Chicago gang bangers would be a different fight if Islamic militants join their bunker.
