I think Trump will just go ahead and have it put up there. Then when Hillary wins in 2020, she can hire a special prosecutor to charge him with vandalism.

Probably, but that isn't too tough when you don't pay your bills. When the bills come due, just don't pay the full amount and count on the small businesses not being able to afford the costs of pursuing you in court. A tried and true formula for the Trump organization. Or use bankruptcy.
