actually alot of cops were bullied at some point n high-school and now they're big and bad with a vest, 2 guns, a tavern, shotgun in the car, pepper spray, a Billy club and radio mic to call for help

cops break more laws than the average citizen, and the cops that don't snitch on other cops are just as bad as the heinous cop they're protecting
