Is Vincent Ferrara retired? I thought i read Scott say that hes now a respected capo, but i cant find the article?

Also Furio u missed listingMatty Guglielmetti, hes a high ranking capo and maybe even Consigliere i think? I could be wrong on the admin part, but hes def the most powerful skipper in providence based on what ive read..can anyone weigh in on this?
