Phil's family has been running a steak shop for thirty years that he founded on Passyunk before he went away. He and his family already have experience in the restaurant/diner type business. I don't see him having the same fate as Merlino's. Not to mention that he seems to be putting his own money into it. Something Merlino didn't do, and he merely added his name, to his rich friends restaurant, as he's the one who paid for most of it. I don't know his name right now, but the guy who lets Merlino borrow his private jet whenever he has a trial to attend in Philly.

Sounds like a load of horse shit to me. Phil falling for a guy saying, "Hey man I got wind of somebody that wants to hurt you, I'll tell you who for 3 grand."
