I also find it interesting that Scott reports that Stogie Joes is a bit of a hang out spot for Joe Chang Sr. and Charlie White is seen walking along the street with Stogie Joes in the background of his picture. But anyway, thanks for the pics. yes..an all around feast 4 the eyes...& who say's u That's classic,,nice shot..Scarfo killer..he was a bad man (in his day)..if u look far back @ old post. I posted that the cocksucker shall pay 4 his sin's..whatever....

So this is were its gets murky. Tommy was made after his father dies think carlo died nov 76. Not sure but I think the books were closed until 76? If you was with the right people that didn't matter. That was proven when Patriarca had Nicky Bianco made while the books were closed during the Colombo War (don't know enough about the wars to know which one). Mid 60's I think. I don't believe that books closed story....There definitely were people made during that time. Now if people were clipped for violating this so called "books closed", THEN I would attach more credibility to it. Was anyone clipped for making a member before 76?
