They had no case without Burt Kaplan, who was in prison for a few years which he couldn't testify against because hadn't committed a crime in a certain nullifying the Rico Act, so they said Burt paid for a guy to get up in prison giving him new charges to flip.

Eppolito and caracappa also murdeted Bobby Borrielo, the Aldo murdered some poor kid in Prodpect Park who had the same last name as a wise guy .
