He seems like an interesting guy. Went to college in Indiana on a football scholarship but went back to New York because he stuck out like a sore thumb. Put his football skills to good use when he tackled a fleeing Bruno Facciola before sticking a canary in his mouth. Had a quick wit. When the FBI were arresting him in his house and complimented him on his wine collection, he replied "Yeah. I got it with my extortion money.". Also resembles Bruce Springsteen which makes me like him even more.

He also went by Louie Bagels and Louie Cross Bay.

Yes that is or was His Bagel store. When he owned it it was only 1 store (on right), Not both..new owners expanded. He was A Gentleman..Picture on the internet does no justice..Mug shot probably at 4 AM in the morning..lol
