Furio, with all due respect and love, the DeCavalcante family did not have a crew in New York, they had two made members and some associates there. New York put a rule there, that New Jersey can not make made men in New York.
The DeCavalcante family is ranked 3rd for me in New Jersey behind the Genovese and Philadelphia crime families. Fuck the Gambino's. They rank 4th, take that puppet theory and shove it up your ass. No disrespect to the detective on here who I have great respect for, (honestly, Baton Rouge had it coming). As I have told some who have listen and followed the evidence, Elizabeth was a crew of the Newark family that had about 25 to 30 members in that crew, and when Newark was disbanded, Elizabeth was named their own family by the bosses of the Commission.
Philadelphia has two and a partial crew in New Jersey, but I think it is just the Capo and a couple of soldiers with about eight or nine associates that Part of New Jersey. The Eagle gained a lot of power even behind bars, if you don't believe me ask Serp. Sorry to put you in the spotlight.
Lol the BH has threaten you with death if you post something from that site? Well tell them that this is a free country and a researcher has his own privacy, but when they put it on the internet, it is no longer private, and tin shields are not bulletproof on any level. They will understand that message Furio and if they dont, I lie and make things up such as names and addresses of the BH forum who switch IP addresses, but can't delete their trail.

Giacomo, I'm from north jersey and the west side prob edges the Perna's but the philly crew up here and the decavs don't come close to the Luke's and what the perna's got going on up here whether they're in prison now or not. That's not my opinion, that's a fact.

Dante knows what time it is out here... Just cause they're behind the wall don't mean shit ain't still humming... Mr P (Ralph V) is up for parole in a few days. They paroled dinapoli and mangrella from that case first time seeing the board... Then dinapoli caught that new one but he was home for a few months. Joey and johnny up next year. Not gonna get into specifics but it don't take a genius to know who's holding down the jersey throne right now as far as the Luke's if you know your shit. It was part of the reason they postponed their sentencing so long. State bids, especially flat numbers meaning you don't have to do a 85% like the Feds give these guys early parole eligibility as well as anywhere from5-11 days off their back number (max out date) every month.... Plus johnny and joeys ten went to a little over a 7 years with automatic comp time the day they got sentenced. Jersey state prisons are fucked up but there's ways to get back to the bricks way easier than a fed beef.

Wasn't there a sit down because of Louis Consalvo having operations in Manhattan? A social club on Mott street or something? Corrozo chaired a sit down? In the mid-1990s, Consalvo and Rago began working in a social club on Mott Street in New York, as well as operating various criminal activities on Manhattan, which eventually led to a dispute between the New Jersey and the New York families. At a sit-down in New York, reputed DeCavalcante crime family acting boss, Giacomo "Jake" Amari and Consigliere Stefano "Steve the Truck Driver" Vitabile represented the family, along with Gambino crime family captain/street boss Nicholas "Little Nick" Corozzo and Colombo crime family acting consigliere Vincenzo "Vinny" Aloi, where the representives of New York argued that Consalvo's operations should've gone to one of the Five Families, as those criminal operations were in New York City, and not New Jersey. The conflict was eventually resolved peacefully when it was ruled that the DeCavalcante crime family could no longer 'make' members outside of New Jersey and South Philadelphia, which was another area that the DeCavalcantes had traditionally recruited from. This is another proof of how are less respected the decavalcante. In fact they was kicked out NY and prohibited to made guys in NY while ny families can made nj guys.
