loans like that are regulated state to state. Here its very hard to get a loan let alone for 20k. In sept my cred score was almost 600 and I was denied a loan for 2k

You are in the hole for 20 g ? What are your juice payments , 2 points a week?
Problem with juice loans is that its hard enough to pay the vig, let alone the principal.
Most guys would charge 2-3 points a week on 20k, sometimes more.
A guy may loan something out to an underling at 1 1/2- 2 points and the underling will put it on the street for more and profit the difference.
There was always a shylock at the track back in the day.
