The name of the judge that Merlino is appearing in front of is Richard Sullivan, this might be a break for Merlino because judge doe's not believe in guilt by association, the evidence have to be real strong for an conviction...but let's just see what the jury have to say about it, lol

I went to NYC to see if I can sit in on the Merlino trial today, but the police and employees had no idea who Merlino was, not only that they also told me that they don't have trials in that build and I left out, but I think they do have the Merlino trial in that building, I was able to confirm the judge name after I left the building and was able to confirm on my phone. Merlino is small potatoes in new York, I see no reporters or camera's anywhere, that explains why there's such poor coverage on this trial...I will see if I can make it up here again tomorrow
