it does sound bad for merlino but its been kinda one sided reporting. i was just thinking remeber in the philly trial of joe ligambi when the owner of a video machine operation testified he was orderd by one of joes goons to sign over the company for like 80k and how it was way below the comapnys worth. think they also shot his father years before. how joe wasnt convicted of extortion is a mafia miracle but maybe there was stuff we didnt read in the papers the guy said on cross that made him less creditable. i could give 2 shits if hes convicted or not.
