Plus let me jump in on this too about the verdict. Now granted all I ever seen was some of the Rubeo testimony before I left for a vacation over the weekend, but if that is the best the government had there is no way they come back with a guilty verdict and I could give a shit about Merlino or Philly. Neither has really interested me a lot. Rubeo was a horrible rat, most of the time you can feel good about a conviction with guys like Gravano who even though he was full of shit at times he still knew enough to get through the turncoat shit, much like The Crow too and Massino against Vito Rizzuto as well. In those cases the jury can see through the bullshit of some rats and come back with a guilty verdict.

I think Merlino will still be the boss no matter what he gets, he will still be in charge when he gets out because his buddies will still be running it keeping is place, even if narducci becomes the boss he will be in a bottle
