Trying to drink my 66 ounces of water for the day.

Last few days I only did 44oz.

I did not, however I did get some excersize.

I might still do a light routine but might skip being its late in the day, I like to workout early.

A friend through me off routine today, we went to the driving ranger and hit some golf balls.

I hit the ball pretty good for first time out this year.
Cant wait to get out in April.

Dues ever have Olive leaf tea been drinking it the last few weeks supposed to have a ton of health benefits

everyday i drink 2-3 green tea cups
i eat a lot of fruits and veggies everyday and especially green veggies
i love eating healthy

My good friend has fig trees in his yard, we took some of the leaves, laid them out on a sheet in the sun, dried them out and made tea from them.
It was a bit bitter but we heard it also had many health benefits including reducing effects of diabetes which he suffers from.

Labs r the best aren't they?..we used 2 take our last one (considered our son) everywhere..on vacations, B&Bs, swam w/ a pack of dolphin's once down cape may,knew the english language better than some humans, had 2 put him down last summer..don't wanna get into that though,,still 2 hard 2 think about..the love of practically our whole marriage of 15 yrs.
