Ya all I know of Capelli is that he goes by Nicky Pepsi and operated out of the Bronx and was wrapped up in the Operation Open House investigation sometime back I had down that he had ties with DeSimone I'm assuming he was under Sal DeSimone aka Sally Bows or maybe Andrew DeSimone who is possibly a Acting Capo for Sally Bows I have down that Andy DeSimone was based out the Bronx and Westchester. I wonder if the guy Lucien Cappello was under Capelli as well
