What do you do for your biceps ? Do you isolate them ? I start with seated dumbbell curls followed usually with Scott bench curls. I also do reverse grip pullups. I used to do concentration dumbbell curls, but I hardly do them anymore. Can i ask what you do for your triceps ? I cannot fo skull crushers cause it put too much stain on my elbows which cause me pain
