"Europe" is a very vague concept... there's all kinds of countries here, each with its own distinct culture, language, etc. Depends on which one you talking about... Eastern Europe, Western Europe? Italy, Balkans? Scandinavia?
-I shot him a coupla' times. -What's a couple? -Hmm, more than a couple... Really I don't know the exact amount, maybe I shot him 10 times, 12 times? -Maybe fifteen? -Hmm, it could've been fifteen...

russian mafiya basically started in prison aka the gulags. Vory v zakone. Very interesting stuff, and the "bitch wars" - the old vor vs the new vor who agreed to participate in Penal Battalions for Stalin during WW2, and then got sent back to the Gulags anyway.

in europe prisons there are only a few latinos and blacks are by far less than the states (mostly in france and uk), most of the imprisoned are white there are several arabs especially in france and several gypsies (especially in eastern europe) Do white inmates and nonwhite inmates tend to get along ? Or is there a lot of segregation/tension based on race like there is in many US prisons ?
