It obviously depends on which country/continent/region is in each question . But I'd say the organized crime groups with the strongest international presence/influence are certain Latin American drug cartels as well as certain clans belonging to the Ndrangheta .

Some Camorra clans may also fit the bill , but I may be wrong .
