Got a question. Was there mob activity in Camden at the turn of the 20th Century? Surely there was with Philly across the river, but am wondering if it was Philly territory or else? Any links or books about Camden activity?

It's Philly territory. Stanfa's lawyer was in Camden, thats where the FBI had bugged which eventually brought him down. Natale later had dealings with Milton Milan, then they Mayor of Camden who also got heavy time for corruption. Not sure of any books, though Black Brothers Inc. by Sean Griffin details Philly's Black Mafia's (Major Coxson) power in Camden.

Half of Philly mobs guy's back in the day lived in Camden ....up until the 60's ,it was actually nice there. Now I wouldn't step 1 foot in there.
