Lots of cardio, 6 days a week.Twice a week hit those glamour muscles. Nothing heavy yet.

I haven't done much leg work (such as squats) in a couple of decades. However, I do leg extensions and leg presses from time to time. The other day I decided to try a different version of presses and man can I feel it in my quads. I'll give it a few more tries to see if it is working, but I sure hope the soreness is less than it is right now. That soreness is good I know you Know....... I sometimes try to change up my workout to get some of that soreness, which will let me know my muscle is responding. Enjoy I did a change up routine today again and feel it my neck

Sat.- ches t& shoulders sunday- arms. Tues- chest & shoulders thurs- arms - legs
Cardio every night monday = Friday.
Part of my chest workout tuesday , bench 225 8 sets 8 reps. than one rep moving up 10lbs every rep. Until i hit 315.
I had to switch to Planet Fitness, cause they are everywhere. They are so easy to find. 20 dollars a month and you can use any of them.
Working 55 hrs a week . Having a wife and 2 young kids . Its tough. But I do have a very easy Union job.
I get there early in the morning for my lifting and im in the city (philly) when im at work.for my cardio.

Did chest today. Bench 245 - 8 sets 8 reps. Halfway through got up 315 - 3 reps. Decline bench 245 same 8 sets 8 reps. And some chest with the cables. At the end.
And still hitting cardio . 30 mins. Exact same workout . Except for. I got up 315 , 4 reps.
