Western economies are much more powerful than African economies, its not a stretch to believe that factors into which groups are more powerful than the other
I would call that a stretch. The economic strength of a country's legitimate society does affect their underworld but differs worldwide. Fact is there's no single crime group that's more " powerful" than all others. Everybody knows cooperative business is key to lucrative rackets.
