A Beach Boys documentary premiering on Disney+ on May 24th. Trailer looks good, I'll be checking it out.

I'm against this sequel. The first is such a masterpiece that they can never replicate it, but only take away from it's legacy with a follow-up. Although, I did eat my words that I didn't think the first would be as successful as it was so maybe I'll be proved wrong again.

Phoenix and Gaga this is gonna be great, I do agree sequels are often worse than the original, but hey The Godfather II was also better than the first lol.

I'm in the minority, I've always liked the original Godfather more than the sequel (nobody beats Brando as Vito, not even De Niro).

I love me some Denzel Washington, but I'm still against this sequel until otherwise proven wrong. The original is a classic and should be left alone.

I'm seeing it on Thursday. Honestly, I think it should have never been made. There's no way they're going to recapture the magic of the original as it was a master class in character development and study. It's just a money grab by the studio. Plus, I'm not sold on it being part musical. I'll find it in a few short days. I'm more curious than anything at this point.
