The Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions confirmed that the one who is already serving a life sentence since 2002 for ordering the murders of two prison guards, acknowledged his involvement in a plot to kill mafia boss Raynald Desjardins. prison. In 2015, the former Hells Angels warrior leader was accused along with his daughter, Alexandra Mongeau, and Gregory Woolley, the street gang leader in Montreal, for plotting to kill Raynald Desjardins. He has been incarcerated since December 2011 for the murder of aspiring sponsor Salvatore Montagna. The 79 individuals targeted in this week's major operation targeting Hells Angels drug trafficking networks were, at least several of them, betrayed by one of their own who, under investigation, put to work for the police, learned La Presse.
The person whose identity can not be revealed or any information that would identify it, has, during the investigation called Objection, especially focused on it a registration system (bodypack in English in jargon) that likely served to investigators to accumulate evidence against some of the suspects. In addition to this civilian infiltrator (ACI), Objection investigators can count on the services of a former member of a Hells Angels club-school who became an informer following his arrest last November. in Saguenay in Operation Nocif, a subproject of Objection. NUMEROUS PREVIOUS During their last major investigations against organized crime, particularly bikers and their relations, members of the squads overseen by the Sûreté du Québec often relied on undercover civil agents. This was particularly the case in Operation Mastiff targeting three drug trafficking cells operating in East Montreal, which ended in November 2015, and Operation Loquace, which targeted a consortium of six individuals who allegedly attempted to take, through violence, the monopoly of cocaine distribution in Canada, which ended in November 2012. Many will also remember Rockers member Dany Kane, who became a stinging civil officer during the Spring 2001 investigation, in which the police dismantled the same Rockers and the Nomads section of the Hells Angels, led by Maurice Boucher. Dany Kane committed suicide before the end of Spring 2001 while another undercover civilian agent, Claude DeSerres, was killed by the Hells Angels during the investigation.
SUSPECTS IN CAVALE At the time of writing, yesterday, seven individuals, including three members in good standing of the Hells Angels, were still wanted by Objection investigators. The three members on the run are: Stéphane Maheu, 47, Louis Matte, 52, and Daniel André Giroux, 47. The latter, reportedly in the Dominican Republic at the time of the police strike on Tuesday, spoke with the police, but still has not surrendered. The other four wanted are Kenny Maheu, 27 - son of Stéphane Maheu -, Dominic Pagé, 41 - presumed employee of Stéphane Maheu -, Keven Sénécal, 29, and Massimo Corbin, 37. Massimo Corbin ... Massimo Corbin
As for the individuals who were arrested, who are still detained and whose proceedings will take place in Montreal, they were separated into three groups for their release investigation, which will take place in mid-May. An accused considered one of the most important by the police, Carmelo Sacco, has requested a bail hearing while the Dean of the Hells Angels, Michel Langlois, has not yet made a decision. The Objection project targets alleged leaders, including members in good standing of the Hells Angels, drug trafficking networks operating in the crowns of Montreal, Saguenay, Outaouais and New Brunswick. The investigators from the new National Organized Crime Squad (ENRCO), headed by the Sûreté du Québec, focused on the leaders and their colleagues from the Regional Mixed Squads (MRE) who investigated the four networks. drug trafficking. ***

How is the Hells angels structures in quebec now? In the 90s you had the hells angels and many puppet clubs, with the Rockets being the strongest.
And for ennemy, well you had the Rock machine According to their site 5 charters Montreal, Sherbrooke, Quebec City, Trois Rivières and South. But also a few affiliated clubs like Devils Ghosts, Dark Soul's, Delmo's Crew, Devils Warriors and Death Messengers. Rock Machine is still around.

https://www.lenouvelliste.ca/actual...ium=article_share&utm_source=twitterBiker rally under high surveillance. It was possible to spot on-site members in good standing of the Hells Angels section of Trois-Rivières, but also from across Quebec. The members of the Hells Angels no longer display the name of the section under the well-known insignia, but on behalf of the province. Members of the Hells Angles of New Brunswick are also gathering. In addition, many biker groups sympathetic to the Hells Angles traveled to Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel. There were members of Deimos Crew, including a section in Trois-Rivières, Dead Messengers, Jesters, Iron Dogs, Devils Ghosts and Dark Soul's. In all, a dozen different groups were identified on site.
