They are saying October in RI but it is true a lot of people bet week to week. The problem will be when guys win they will go bet games for cash when they have money so that may hurt the week to week playing because they may not be able to pay with the money they won that they lost betting cash. The other thing is a lot of people ythat know than can bet legally will play cash only but that does not hurt the bookies. The other thing is when the credit cards are maxed then the Juice money will come into play. It is a numbers game the line is all that matters moving the number is a big key. Only time will tell.

The trail is down for the week, until Tuesday. I guess they had a huge hearing today as they are trying to protect the identity of a person from the marshals service that interacts with witnesses in the program.

The defense is saying that any indication of a disguise on a witness gives the impression that their life could be in danger and hurts the defense. The prosecution is saying "it's life and death" that their identity must be protected.

They talked about a screen to shield the witness, clearing the courtroom and finally the judge ruled that a make-up artist would be brought in to "disguise" the witness.
