I am sooooo sad to hear this. Rick is the heart and soul of the show. TWD remains my favorite show but I have been guessing it’ll soon have run its course and may end. Without Rick, it won’t be the same. 😢 Lincoln says he wants to spend more time with his family and I can understand that but still. 😢. I love Darryl too. Maybe he can take the lead, tho his character is more of a rebel no??? I read that Rick will only be in the first 6 episodes. Does anyone else think it’s strange that we are told ahead of time that Rick will be leaving? Usually that’s the shocker of the season when the main character gets killed off. It makes me wonder if Rick’s exit may not be getting killed. Could he just take Judith and take off? Plus I really hope he kills Negan before he leaves. However we know Negan is itching to kill Rick. Maybe Rick will get LucilleD. Btw dont look for Maggie to stay. She’s booked for another show and I hear she’ll be seen much less this season. Don’t you think it’s about time she start showing her pregnancy? 😂 While I’m at it let me also say I’m almost giving up on Fear. None of the characters on that show are really likable. I can’t put my finger on it but I can’t get into it. I did think Nick was the most likable and most caring but they killed him off too. And maybe I am alone but I’m really tired of Morgan he just gets annoying to me. And,Fear is getting to do the same thing that The Walking Dead did that many fans didn’t like by devoting one or two entire episodes to one minor character. Ok that’s my rant for today. I still am bummed that Andrew Lincoln is leaving. TIS

It looks really good. I always hoped Rick would be the one to kill Negan but not sure it that will happen. I have to admit, I love the show and have watched every season, with of course, some seasons/episodes being better than others BUT with Andrew Lincoln leaving I'm not sure if the show can go on. I also hear Maggie has a role in another show and will only be in a 5/6 episodes this season. Don't know if it's true, but I also read Andrew Lincoln will appear only in the first episodes, tho no clue has to how he'll exit. I'm pretty much done with Fear tho. I just lost interest and none of the characters are that appealing to me for some reason. Anyway, I look forward to TWD season 9, at least for now. Btw, isn't unusual that the fans get a heads-up on who's leaving? Especially the main character. That probably would have been the series "shocker" to just spring it on us. Btw, to the comic book TWD fans, does Rick get killed in the comics? TIS

Fear the Walking Dead just had an awful season, I was surprised that even many critics who have given them the benefit of the doubt in the past have called it lackluster, which is a nice way of saying it was boring and overly corny.
Yeah I was never a fan of either but I heard its gotten pretty bad It's gotten so bad a few critics even gave their own versions of storyline ideas. I think they have run out of any ideas but won't bring in new writers, or close out the show. As to why they won't use new writers is beyond me, but the reason to keep it going is the money. I fast forward through it now, but it still counts ratings wise since I DVR it first. Never been my type of show. Im more of a crime drama guy

It's weird that they announced beforehand that Rick will be leaving. It would have been better for shock factor to not announced it. They can't kill him off surely.. That would've been a better idea. I keep thinking Rick will pull a Morgan and walk away. But then again why would he purposely leave Judith and Michonne? So what do you think of what Maggie did to Gregory?

SPOILERS FOR 10/14/18 EPISODEMaggie seems to be taking a turn to the dark side no? Hanging Gregory was a bit extreme. Poor Aaron. Such a nice guy and then to have his arm chopped off by newly Dr. Enid. Ouch!! AND Carol and Ezekiel? Who would have thought, as well as Gabriel and Jadice. I don't know how Rick will go, tho I'm guessing his character will die. I gotta say, I half heartedly am watching this season because I am so sad to see my favorite character leave the show. We know Maggie is going to be in another show and yesterday I saw on Yahoo a list of new tv shows and tho I don't remember the show, Jeffrey Dean Morgan was in the picture, so I'm guessing his time is up on TWD. Maybe Negan will be the one to take out Rick. God, I hope not. I wanted Rick to be the one to kill Negan. Although, I gotta say, I can certainly see where Maggie would want to. TIS
