You can spin this all you want, the child was returned to a murderous regime. Parents have no rights over their children in a communist state. Elian's father has no choice but to follow what the state tells him to do or else families members will be tortured or jailed.

There are reasons why these kids are separated from their parents. It is to verify that the child actually belongs to a parent and isn't being trafficked.

These smugglers have people there pretending they are their parents. These hypocrite democrats make no mention of children and women being raped by these smugglers not to mention those immigrants that died in the hand of smugglers abandoning them in the middle of nowhere without water. All this is accepted by these democrats that have no compassion for life and yet they want to set an example that they are holier than God.

This is all leftist bullshit, many immigrants have been dying for decades and never make it to the border and the democrats to do nothing to resolve the problem.

Furthermore the majority of these children that show up at the border are unaccompanied. That means that their parents are the ones that chose to be separated from their children so spare me the bullshit and do you homework.

90% of the children at the border are unaccompanied. 33% of unaccompanied children are recruited by gang members.

The other 10% are separated and the alleged parents are interviewed for the purpose of finding out if they are who they say they are.
It is done for the protection of the children. There are people working for the cartel pretending to be the parents of children that they intend to traffick and exploit.

Contrary to media reports & lies these children are being cared for and have play grounds for them as well.
