I saw a story about this last night on Vice news. Apparently, NATO agreed to increase their defense spending to 2% of each countries GDP. They had until 2014 to comply with the agreement. Obviously, it has since been pushed back. Currently, the US is at 3.6% with Trump actually suggesting each country pay 4%. I fully agree with him, those countries need to pay their fair share and stop sucking off the American tit. Glad to see a President who has a backbone and will actually call them out to stop dragging their feet. We're going to spend more on defense when trump leaves or gets kicked out of NATO and then he'll have something else to complain about We will never get kicked out of NATO we pay the lions share of nato. Kick us out there is no NATO I hope that happens
