He looks like John Miller, who has worked over the years for both the New York and LA police departments. He became big in law enforcement after years as reporter covering trials like Gotti's, and is the reporter who once ambushed Gotti and Gravano as they came out of a place, the one where Gotti told him "You're misbehaving John" or words to that effect.
