They're probably wisely hanging it up and making sure their immediate families are taken care of through legitimate business holdings, union positions, etc. The writing has been on the wall for a long time now.
I agree for the most part, but they are not completely hanging it up. If what little information known about them is correct, they make mostly older men as members. I am thinking they believe they're less likely to flip?
