I HATE the Kars-4-Kids commercial on SiriusXM radio Not sure if it's the same one you're talking about, but there's been a commercial of theirs running for years on local NYC newsradio where the singing adult sounds like Mister Rogers sitting on a vibrator.  Signor V.
