Back at work but it's been a slow day. Might leave the office a few hours early today. Been inside the house too much this week with the holidays so thinking about going out tonight for dinner...if the lady wants too of course.

i'm going to some local bar with some friends Lol, I went to a bar with my brother, cousins and inlaws the day after Christmas. Walked in there was elderly patron who not wearing pants or underwear for that matter. The scene was funny, but the thing is the bartender said she only gave him one tall glass of wine. The guy was in his 80s and it happened a few minutes before we walked in. The man's grandson came to get him a few minutes later, which I assume is his grandson as the guy was in his 30s and looked way to young to be his son, but it could have also be his son. Inlaws wanted to go, but my cousin and I stayed, not long after the cops showed up, asking to see the footage, but one of the owners said that the cameras have been broken and wont be fixed till the next day. The bartender hurried away, and the cop looked at the owner for a moment smiled and shook his head and said ok, gave a wave while still smiling and walked out of the joint. We left about an hour later after a couple rounds of cutthroat, got to the house and found out that my sister in law brother got a ticket for expired tags.

Years ago, We had a friend / associate at work related events that would go off the rails once he got to a certain age.
For years he was fine going out for dinner and drinks late into the evening after a big day at work.
Then all of sudden, like flicking a switch, he would go whacko,,,, he did get up there in years and was sad to see but he just got old and tried to do the same as he always did, work hard and party hard..... I guess his doctors also had him on some meds so that had to feed into it.
He would all of sudden start talking crazie and harassing women, we would put him in a car with someone to make sure he got home fine.
When I was younger, that someone was me, man was he a handful
God Bless his Soul, he is gone now but I understand how these things can happen to anyone.
BTW - I’m watching a movies.. right now “ Keep Watching†it has the Kid from Walking Dead in it. Not Bad. Spookie

I mentioned my story since it reminded me of the old timer I used to watch out for. It reminds me of another story someone else told us years ago....how he would help some old timer home after late nights. I think it was "Beans or Foots". Hiya Meyer, glad your fav team won.
Golf in this neck of the woods picks back up around mid March.
Not like Florida or Cali. Those who live down South or West coast have weather for Golf all year round.
It’s all good with me, I love the change of seasons and getting a break.
We had a little snow this morning and I loved it while cooking breakfast and putting a fire on in the fireplace.
Still burning now, nice and cozy.
Have a great night, I’m just lounging reading the Sunday newspaper and sipping some Irish Whiskey.
