I still wouldn't give him the job permanently. Roberto Di Matteo won the Champions League with Chelsea. Guus Hiddink had a positive effect when he was brought in to fight fires at Chelsea.

I'd say it's a quick fix and not something that can be sustained, but giving him the job till the end of the season is looking like a masterstroke.

It's surely Zidane's job long-term if he wants it.

De Gea already said Solskjær had restored 'happiness' that's so important in getting good results even more as tactics. Guys like Van Gaal and Mourinho are so demanding in this time and age you got to be more loose as a manager.
