Whether they are guilty or not matters little in the equation. When people with no money, ala Rodney King, go to trial with no prominent attorney, justice is usually not served.
Let's remember, though, that the prosecutors have virtually unlimited resources, both financial and investigative, to use when prosecuting someone, and the legal talent that the OJs and Jacksons are able to buy merely serves to level the playing field.
