I think that's pretty good description. Many of them are just criminals who have gained some muscles.

An old ex biker said "before the man carried his vest, but now it's the vest carrying the man". Anti-drug operation: Police target influential Hells Angels member

One of the most influential Hells Angels of Quebec finds itself in the police eye in the heart of a vast drug investigation.

David Lefebvre is one of the suspects targeted by a series of searches conducted Thursday morning in the Montreal region, the northern crown and Montérégie, Le Journal learned .

According to our information, a condo belonging to the 45-year-old biker in Sainte-Thérèse is one of the 18 places visited by the 130 police officers who have been involved in this search blitz since daybreak.
No charges, however, weigh on him. The police did not plan to make any arrests on Thursday at this stage of the investigation into a drug trafficking network that specializes in the sale of cocaine.
