I was rewatching Scarface the other night and got to the scene where Tony flies down to Bolivia to meet with Sosa regarding his favor in return for solving the former's tax troubles. One of the gentleman at the meeting was a mysterious Southern sounding man with receding blond hair "Charles Goodson from Washington."
Since first watching Scarface as a kid I was always intrigued about who this guy might be? Given that the movie was made by Oliver Stone combined with the US's history in Latin America was "Charles Goodson" with the CIA?

That's what I always took away from that scene. CIA or a corrupt congressman. Lean towards cia given the era. Yep, i think too

That's what I always took away from that scene. CIA or a corrupt congressman. Lean towards cia given the era. Thats what I had figured. I always got the feeling he was a corrupt politician. True Dat.
