Well if Lance takes a step back as he has and Joe L taking a step back and Skinny most likely will be down south and Stevie M back peddling and young Chang suppose taking a step back that leaves room for a lot of guys to move up.

Dom if the Feds did not completely blow that case with AP then Dom will be out of the picture for some years .

So Philly will be keeping guys like Faffy and Chang sr. at top of the family as long as they will want but I hear that Faffy has a reason to slow down but who knows.

That means new people being made down the road if all that ends up permanent.
