Got myself some Warsteiner it's been a while I had this fine German lager. It is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot. Sounds great. I want some of this. I had some Forsters Lager

I’ve been in the mood for German beers as of late so I stocked up on some today. Only ever had the Paulaner Oktoberfest, Hofbrau Original and Dunkel before. This will be my first time trying Ayinger Bavarian Pills and Celebrator as well as Paulaner Salvator. Prost! Two thumbs up 👠on these i12. These are hearty Beers, I typically indulge in these for the Fall and Winter seasons but always enjoy anytime they are available

The Paulaner's are really good and I've had the Hofbrau's before. Kinda getting into dunkel beers but wasn't a huge fan of the Ayinger or Celebrator Had A Paulaner's today, swithed right back to a Harpoon ipa, then a Stellar Was at a great Resturant in Manhattan , Taven on Jane. They have a great selection.

Gotcha. If you can get a hold of it, try their Oktoberfest and Salvador. The Salvador is a double bock. That’s sound perfect for the Fall . Right now I’m enjoying a Montauk Wave chaser ips and Drift wood IPA

Right now I’m enjoying a Montauk Wave chaser ips and Drift wood IPA I hope you liked them. I'm not a IPA person at all. I'm pretty picky with my beers but looking forward to the Oktoberfest and pumpkin beers coming for the fall. I like flavor in my beer, hence the reason Sam Adams is my favorite because there's is always flavorful but I do dig the pumpkin beers as well. Also, some of the winter beers that add cinnamon and/or nutmeg!

It's that time of the year again! Taste testing some Oktoberfest and Pumpkin beers (most I've had before and a few new ones I'm trying). I like the Shipyards, those are good. Enjoy. What is the Orange can next to the Blue Moon?

What is the Orange can next to the Blue Moon? Wick for Brains. Never heard of it or the brewing company before (Nebraska Brewing Company). I gave it a shot and it was pretty good. The top was weird on it. You pull the tab and the entire top of the can comes off. Kinda cool actually.

I had the Shipyards yesterday. The Ale was good but wasn't a big fan of the Smashed Pumpkin. The Ale I'd had before but not the Smashed Pumpkin. Could taste more of the cinnamon and nutmeg in the Ale (which I LOVE) as opposed to Munich Malts which are added to the SP. Never had the SP Will look. I did hear of a Saranac Fall vieriety pack for the fall. Will look for that as well and post pics and review.
