There was a documentary with vic orenas son (legit one) reminiscing about his childhood and how tommy desimone used to come to see his dad all the time at his house and once threatened an ice cream driver or something for the son (can’t remember the exact story but was some crazy stuff). apparently he was a family friend and done stuff for vic

Henry Hill said in his book that Vic Orena used to come by his bar a lot. I'm pretty sure they were all from the same area.

Someone here in Montreal had a look at that photo and told me that the guy in the middle who looks like early 20's is a Caruana...Sicilian clan from Siculiana -Caruana Cuntrera clan. Active in New York, Montreal, Toronto, Venezuela, Sicilia, mainland Italy and England. Related to the Manno and Rizzuto families from the same town. All of whom were very active in Montreal, and still are even now after the war.

It depends. There are times when the boss isn’t as the induction ceremony. For example Gotti wasn’t there for the Christmas Eve 1988 induction for Junior, Mikey Scars, and Bobby Boriello
