what happened to the Bobby Ciaro character danny devito played in the hoffa movie. he was not with hoffa at the time of hoffa's death. in the movie hoffa, bobby is also killed. I believe Scott Burnstein said on his podcast that Ciaro is a composite of several Hoffa cronies. He named some names, I'm sure Chuckie O 'Brien was one. The name Bobby Ciaro itself is fictional. Mobster "D'Allesandro" (Armand Assante) had to be a composite of Tony Pro and Tony Jack.
"...the successful annihilation of organized crime's subculture in America would rock the 'legitimate' world's foundation, which would ultimately force fundamental social changes and redistributions of wealth and power in this country. Meyer Lansky's dream was to bond the two worlds together so that one could not survive without the other." - Dan E. Moldea
