Been lounging around today. Went to Wal-Mart early to grab some supplies and luckily, they had most of everything I needed (not everything though). Since I've had so much free time on my hands, starting on Thursday I decided to begin a book I've put off for the past decade+ due to it's length but have finally started it and have enjoyed it thus far. So did some reading, laundry, watched a movie, had a glass (or two) of whiskey already, and just catching up online. Can't even go to church tonight because it's closed. Have to do a live stream tomorrow. What's this world coming to!?

You’ve gotta find something to keep you busy Meyer. In addition to my regular movie watching, I decided to crack a book that’s over 1,100 pages. That’s been keeping me busy!

My good friend and associate is a Yoga instructor and started do on -line classes.

He has been hounding me for years to come to a class, I never did.

I am doing my third class today on-line, its amazing.
I feel great and the routine is keeping me focused and healthy.

I felt like I was hit by a truck after yesterdays workout but cannot wait to get to it again this morning.
I knew Yoga was good for you and always felt it was a chic thing but its F N hard and a great workout for anyone at any age, you only do what you can.

Glad it's helping DP. I did yoga for a bit but never saw a benefit from it. Maybe I didn't stick with it long enough? Anyway, I've got to do something. Tired of sitting around and watching my belly grow.

Powers out at my place (with 80 degree heat outside). Poured myself a lil whiskey (trying a new one - Weller 107) and still working from home.

Just got done running around, a lot good some bad. Now just sitting here on the net waiting for a movie to start in 20 minutes. Most of everything is closed where I live, but some stores are still opened mainly the essentials and drive thurs.

Was able to work out this morning. Went grocery shopping, did my laundry, watched some more of Season 3 of OZARK which dropped yesterday on Netflix. Now just listening to some tunes and catching up online.
