Typically the first pour on Easter is the red wine my neighbor and I make from the Fall batch, Its kinda mild but sneaks up on ya.

After a glass of wine, I will certainly have a Guinness stout or Harp after dinner with a cigar, then a snort of Jameson neat later in the evening.
