Our governor is talking about reopening AZ on May 1. AZ has 3,962 cases to date, with 142 deaths. He didn't say what businesses would be reopened. Our county, which is bigger than either Delaware or Rhode Island but has only 221,000 residents, has 70 cases and one death. Until there's a vaccine, I don't see how any reopening can take place. Our county has over 700,00 residents. 521 cases; 14 deaths

States are hurting. They should wait until their set times. Abbott, Dunleavy, Holcomb, Mississippi, and Montana are states I know who are trying to open back up their states. My friends in Kansas told me last month that there is no stay at home order in place in that state and has not changed since Sunday.
Texas, I know a coul health officials, not for Texas, but who are trying to keep tabs on other states, that are not happy with how a distribution center handled operating during the order. They did not name the business, but they told me that the company had a case and were made aware of it during their first shift before their lunch break, and instead of shutting down, they kept working 4 hours into their 2nd shift, before telling people. They were using just rubbing alchohol as hand sanitizer, and many of their workers were working three feet from each other.
Alabama, Ivey will do whatever she is told by the moneybags.

There is always hope. https://news.yahoo.com/sunlight-des...still-last-through-summer-200745675.htmlPreliminary results from government lab experiments show that the coronavirus does not survive long in high temperatures and high humidity, and is quickly destroyed by sunlight, providing evidence from controlled tests of what scientists believed — but had not yet proved — to be true. The study found that the risk of “transmission from surfaces outdoors is lower during daylight†and under higher temperature and humidity conditions. “Sunlight destroys the virus quickly,†reads the briefing.
While that may provide some good news about the outlook for outdoor activities, the Department of Homeland Security briefing on the results cautions that enclosed areas with low humidity, such as airplane cabins, “may require additional care to minimize risk of transmission.â€
In a statement to Yahoo News, the DHS declined to answer questions about the findings and strongly cautioned against drawing any conclusions based on unpublished data.

Now this is the Law of the Jungle—as old and as true as the sky; And the wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die. As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk, the Law runneth forward and back; For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.

It's going to be interesting to see how people react to reopenings. Polls here in Arizona show that a large majority of people are wary of easing social distancing too quickly--i.e., on May 1--even though our state hasn't been hit nearly as hard as the much more densely populated states. For example: I'm a dedicated, seven-day-a-week exerciser. I'll happily return to the lap swimming pool that my wife and I use because it's not crowded and the lanes are built-in social distancing, Locker rooms aren't crowded, either. But I'd be wary of returning to our gym right away because it's close quarters, and people are breathing hard, sweating and touching common equipment. We think we'll continue to take out food from restaurants for a while when they reopen, rather than sitting down inside.

I think FLA will be next on the Hit List I agree with you, they are not taking it seriously at all, they reopened beaches. Also FLA has large elderly population. It does seem the virus is more infectious indoors, but we have also seen football matches with thousands of people triggered a massive outbreak. The latest case was one of the last CL games played Liverpool-Atletico.

Social Security Beneficiaries: You Might Need to Act Now to Get Your Stimulus CheckMost Social Security recipients will be paid automatically, but there are some big exceptions. https://www.fool.com/investing/2020/04/13/some-social-security-beneficiaries-need-to-act-now.aspxIf the IRS is getting your information from your Social Security earnings statement (SSA Form 1099) or your railroad benefits statement, there's a chance your details won't have been loaded into the system yet.As of 4/21/2020 Note: If you receive an SSA or RRB Form 1099 or SSI or VA benefits, your information is not yet available in this application.

Upon examining a wealth of existing research dating as far back as the 1950s, the authors of the paper explain that flushing a toilet that contains fecal matter can produce bioaerosols that remain in the air for an extended period of time. Much of the research suggests the material remains in the air for up 8 minutes after the toilet was flushed. ******Toilet seats in public restrooms rarely have lids****** https://bgr.com/2020/04/23/coronavirus-tips-new-spread-from-flushing-to
