This lady is definitely biased. Let's see what a big dog judge does with tommy gioeli in the eastern district... almost sounds in that guys post the judge agreed with his lawyer. Tommy shots case makes dinapoli look like a traffic court case I'm biased for truth and justice and fairness in a court of law. There's nothing there that isn't fact. And if you want to call me biased then you can call every other journalist who writes about organized crime biased too. If you want me to give you proof of that, I can do that too. I don't know if you meant me or the judge. If was the judge. I agree and apologize.

He gets the same compassion he dealt out. Sorry, too bad Maybe when he dies they can bury him. On a hill. Overlooking a little river. With pinecones all around. Or give him a state funeral. Or make the day he dies a national holiday. They'll write law books about how Joseph DiNapoli got railroaded by the feds and lawyers and Jerry Capeci and Selwyn Raab.
I invoke my right under the 5th amendment of the United States constitution and decline to answer the question.
