Of course I am sad Nadia is gone. She had been a favorite of mine from Day One but I do realize she screwed up alot by trying to be "TOO" unique. I was not a bit surprised to see her go and I know she had ample time and opportunity to "bring" it.

To tell the truth, I would not have blinked an eye if Bo had gone. Wouldn't have been fair based on last night's performance alone but he IS a one-trick pony.

I'm disappointed that Nadia's gone. I liked her a lot. And between tonight's dress and the white dress she wore a few weeks ago, I can't decide which one was more gorgeous. That white one was my favorite, but tonight's was unbelievable. It totally looks like something I'd wear. That was so beautiful!! She didn't really "fill out" the top though, if you know what I mean. But anyway, her voice was awesome too... I'm sad.

What was Bo doing in the bottom three? WTF? I think maybe people thought it was a given that he'd be safe so they got lazy when it came to voting. Sure, I didn't like his rendition of "Free Bird", but it didn't warrant a bottom three status.

I like Constantine's hair back, he looks slightly cleaner.

What was up with Paula's jewelry? It was making more noise than all the contestants combined!!

How is it possible that Nadia, Jessica and my Nikko are GONE and Scott's still on, and Anthony has never been in the bottom 3???

I don't understand who the heck votes, but how could anyone keep Scott going? Anthony may have his fan base (the same one Jon Stevens had last year, perhaps?), but it's not like Scott has that sort of teeny-bopper appeal. I don't understand what demographic he could possibly appeal to.

Nice of Simon to tell Nadia that if it wasn't for her song choice, she'd still be alive. That's just cruel. And Paula definitely almost fell again last night, but her chair caught her.

Tell you the truth, I like Bo. He seems unpretentious, etc., but last night's answer pissed me off, and I think it could cost him votes. I think many people feel that by voting for him, they're supporting him, but if AI means that little, then screw it, they'll give their support to someone else.

I haven't seen the American version but I can say the English copy (which is wierd because you usually rip off our shows) is excellent and quite possibly one of three programs I would make the effort to watch each week.

It was interesting to see "a day in the week of...." I can see how that lifestyle can get tiring - physically and emotionally.

The contestants would have alot of private time to learn their songs, but not a whole lot of time with the band to rehearse. I am quite surprised that they do as well as they do.

Read an article yesterday in which Kelly Clarkson, Fantasia and Ruben all lament how the Idols have it easier this year (than they did). The contestants this season get to sing with the accompaniment of a full orchestra and they get more freedom to move around and work the audience and judges. Kelly complained that during her season, the producers pretty much told her to stay put in one place on the stage.

I think though while the band is nice, sometimes it can be overpowering along with the background vocals. Sometimes, the contestant's vocals get drowned out.

The visual screen gets a bit annoying too. I don't mind the sunsets, seascapes or Burger King-like grill flames, but sometimes (especially when Bo does a more "acoustic" number) we see waaaay too much closeup of the guitar player :p .

Oh, we can only hope!

I think the teams are working on a promotional brochure for the new Pontiac car and yes, I think someone cries alot of tears in the boardroom and gets the Donald to show his softer side.

If this is true, then my money is on Chris for the breakdown. The Donald often seems to treat Chris as the son he never had.
